Our customers in the Sign Making & Plastics Industries rely on our gaskets for better part hold and vacuum performance. Both textured and thin plastics have unique challenges during production. Vibrations, cupping, texturing, and tight Z tolerances can be difficult to maintain while avoiding part movement.
Our customers utilize a variety of our products to achieve better part hold and vacuum performance, including:
- Grid Gasket – To seal the perimeter and zones of their MDF spoilboard.
- Onboard Gasket – For quick applications & semi-dedicated fixtures during short-run production.
- Cover Gasket – For repetitive production on small parts with limited surface area.
- Inboard Gasket – For securing dedicated parts with tight Z tolerance and repeatability.

Dan – Wow, the tile gaskets kick ass!
We’re cutting 32 parts per 4×8 sheet, and we had excellent results with the 0.060 tile gasket. We’re cutting 1/8″ thick polycarbonate and without the Tile Gasket, we were having mild parts movement, but also a lot of rattling of the material, which would leave a terrible edge finish in those areas. Rattling is totally gone, and we got all 32 parts out in great shape with the Tile Gasket installed. I just wanted to follow up and let you know we’re incredibly happy.
