Dedicated Fixture Solutions for Repetitive Production
Our customers in the Outdoor Furniture Industry face a variety of challenges when it comes to repetitive production and part hold. Not only do most operations call for profiling their material, but many have additional operations, such as a round over or “bull nose” operations, made during a secondary pass. This calls for a tight Z tolerance and a raised fixture for bit clearance. Many of these operations are found in the production of Adirondack chairs, Patio, and Pool furniture, as well as standard epoxy slab table tops and legs.
Inboard Gasket – Has been the most efficient for repetitive production work, along with our Tile Gasket – For slab material, or “orange peel” HDPE textured surfaces.
**We recommend our 1/8th Tile Gasket or a fixture with an additional 1/8th of an inch of gasket above the channel depth to compensate for variations in dimensional material such as Poly Lumber, Dimensional Lumber, or Rough Slab surfaces.
