  • A retired school teacher in Florida was looking to make dog bone name plates for all of the friends he has on his street. The parts were small, and he was having a tough time holding them still on his hobby router. By utilizing some of All Star’s By-The-Foot Cover Gasket Material (LFC CR 06) he produced an air-tight fixture to clamp his parts in place. He (and his neighbors) are now very happy that we provide these solutions.

  • This customer in Warren, RI was looking to make plastic parts for his desktop router. He was having hold issues due to the size of the parts and the fact they were slick in nature. These custom-cut gaskets were able to maximize his vacuum clamp area, and as a result, is able to maximize his vacuum clamp on the part.

  • A customer in Colorado was looking to make over 100,000 Christmas ornaments in a short amount of time. Downdraft through an MDF spoil board was slow and tedious as he had to employ onion skins and tabs to hold these parts. By utilizing our SBC CR 0656 to make an air-tight dedicated fixture, this customer was able to get finished parts in a single pass. Notice how he gasketed for the hole in the ornament for the string. This maintains the seal on this part.
