All Star works with customers of all sizes. From the largest manufacturing facilities in America, to the small, independent hobbyist doing their own projects at their home shops. The science remains the same: Create an air-tight seal with gasketing to maximize the effectiveness of the vacuum system. Simple stuff. But the different applications are why we need different product offerings. This was an example of a retired school teacher making dog bones for his neighbors. Considering he had a very low-strength vacuum system, All Star recommended our Low Density material (CE Series). Customer was able to make a custom, dedicated vacuum fixture to match the shape of his parts. As a result, he was able to route finished parts in a single pass, no tabs or onions skin. By lowering the density, prevent the customer from needing to upgrade his vacuum system. Major $aving$ for the customer.
