T.G.I.M!!!!

If you plan to cut parts on your CNC router this week, remember…

If you are having trouble holding your parts properly somebody may tell you that you need to upgrade to a larger vacuum pump on your CNC vacuum table. That same person may tell you that if your ice cream is melting, that you’ll need a stronger, more powerful freezer. Upgrading either will cost money.  Not just the cost of initial upgrade, but the increase cost of additional electricity consumption as well.  We here at All Star CNC Products say, before upgrading your vacuum pump (or your freezer for that matter), make sure that all of your seals are preventing leak.

Vacuum pressure leak is why vacuum tables can’t hold parts.  The proper gasket material is essential to holding parts.  An air-tight system holds parts firmly in place, allowing to cut more parts in less time.  MAX YOUR VAC with All Star CNC Products, your ONLY solution to CNC gasket.

Comes see us at #iwf2022 in Atlanta, booth B6524 to learn more about how we have been helping our customers maximize their vacuum performance for over two decades.     #allstarcnc #cncgasket #cncrouter #spoilboard

Fun Friday!

As IWF draws near once again we like to take a look at how much progress we’ve made over the last year.

We are always trying to improve vacuum performance and help CNC owners and operators MAX YOUR VAC.

This year we will be show casing our Tile Gasket which we’ve developed over the last year to increase vacuum surface area on MDF and other porous spoilboards. Excellent for Custom jobs, Nesting Programs, and Short Run applications.

Throw back to how funny our booth looked at the 2018 IWF show Pre-Covid. Come check us out this year and see how much progress we’ve made over the last 4 years, we’ll be show casing demos on our mini vacuum table using gasket.

EDUCATIONAL SESSIONS

Increase CNC Router Performance by Improving Vacuum w/ Gasketing Products & Techniques

Tuesday, August 23  1:00 PM – 2:30 PM

When it comes to holding parts on a CNC Router, vacuum is the most common (and often only) method being used today.  With that being the case, why not maximize a vacuum’s performance if vacuum is the ONLY thing holding parts?

Shops will source everything from which router to invest in, to software, to tooling, to material, to employees and customers.  But when it comes time to actually cutting parts fast and effectively, was the router able to do it, yes or no?  If parts are too small, or onion skins or tabs are needed, or feed rates are painfully slow, or material is being wasted, or time is being wasted on re-setting up, than we need to improve the vacuum’s performance by eliminating leak.  Gasket products and solutions are the only way to improve a vacuum system’s performance.

In this session, you will learn how to eliminate vacuum pressure loss.  Users who hold parts better, make more parts in less time.  Whether it is small parts or large, production runs or custom work, wood or plastic, big vacuum systems or small, the same science always applies to eliminate vacuum pressure loss and we do this with gasketing products and techniques.
