EDUCATIONAL SESSIONS

Increase CNC Router Performance by Improving Vacuum w/ Gasketing Products & Techniques

Tuesday, August 23  1:00 PM – 2:30 PM

When it comes to holding parts on a CNC Router, vacuum is the most common (and often only) method being used today.  With that being the case, why not maximize a vacuum’s performance if vacuum is the ONLY thing holding parts?

Shops will source everything from which router to invest in, to software, to tooling, to material, to employees and customers.  But when it comes time to actually cutting parts fast and effectively, was the router able to do it, yes or no?  If parts are too small, or onion skins or tabs are needed, or feed rates are painfully slow, or material is being wasted, or time is being wasted on re-setting up, than we need to improve the vacuum’s performance by eliminating leak.  Gasket products and solutions are the only way to improve a vacuum system’s performance.

In this session, you will learn how to eliminate vacuum pressure loss.  Users who hold parts better, make more parts in less time.  Whether it is small parts or large, production runs or custom work, wood or plastic, big vacuum systems or small, the same science always applies to eliminate vacuum pressure loss and we do this with gasketing products and techniques.

WEEKLY RECAP, 2022 WEEK 29

All Star CNC Weekly Recap 7/18 – 7/25

Busy week here at All Star CNC as we continue to add 10 new customers and assist those looking to improve their vacuum’s performance.

– Monday

We helped a new client with their Biesse CNC router utilizing our Tile Gasket to improve the holding and cutting capabilities for small ABS plastic parts.

-Tuesday

Updated our Youtube channel and added our new Cover Gasket and InBoard Gasket videos to our playlist.

Assisted a new customer with their Techno LC, 4 x 8, CNC table by recommending the correct Grid Gasket size for their table and spoilboard.

-Wednesday

Recommended a new client working in the cabinetry industry to our Tile Gasket as means to improve their Nesting Base Manufacturing by optimizing vacuum surface space for custom design cabinetry.

-Thursday

A customer was recommended to us by Camaster to improve their vacuum table’s performance in holding custom molding and narrow lumber. Diagnosed their vacuum leak problem and was able to recommend some of our Grid Gasket along with our Tile Gasket to improve vacuum surface space.
